Below you can see the calendars of several psychologists who are available for consultations. Please choose a time that works for you and use your full name when booking.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by writing to centrs@tiek.lv. If an appointment is cancelled later than that, it will be counted as used and your total number of available consultations will go down by one.
Technical information for online consultations
- After booking, you will receive an email with a Google Meet link. Your psychologist will receive the same email with the same link.
- Please join the consultation from a computer and sit somewhere where you can talk freely.
- At the agreed time, click on the link. This will open a Google Meet waiting room, where your camera and microphone will turn on. There you can check that everything is working correctly.
- If you are signed into your Google account in that browser, click the blue button and the consultation will begin. Click here to see what this looks like.
- If you are not signed into your Google account in that browser, type your name in the box provided. The button will then turn blue – click it to join. Click here to see what this looks like.
Irina Matjuka
Works in Latvian and Russian.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Latvia, has trained in crisis intervention, and has worked for a long time at Ģintermuiža Hospital. She has deep knowledge and specialises in eating disorders, problematic eating behaviours, and borderline personality disorder. She is currently studying and providing cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Diāna Vītus
Works in Latvian, Russian, and English.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Latvia. In her day-to-day work, she supports people through difficult times and on the path of personal growth. She helps clients explore their goals, identity, and values. She also carries out psychological assessments and prepares reports. She has experience in clarifying diagnoses of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
